Tutorial: Neutral Eyes and Bold Lips

⏩Hello lovies! I haven't done a makeup tutorial for quite a while! This technique was requested by my sister. I paired the eyes with a fun pink lip and love how the finished look came out. I also tried track motion for the first time and I worked really hard on it! So I hope you enjoy!
